Creamy Lemon Garlic
Lemon Garlic is our go to dressing recipe at home. It is a blend of tangy apple cider vinegar with a bite of fresh garlic and a parmesan-like flavor from nutritional yeast. All this together makes a creamy all purpose dressing reminiscent of caesar.
Best Friends: lettuce mix, romaine, spinach, frisee, radicchio, potatoes, avocado toast
Ingredients: Sunflower Oil, Apple Cider Vinegar, Coconut Aminos* (coconut tree sap, sea salt), Lemon Juice, Water, Nutritional Yeast, Garlic, Chives, Sea Salt, Pepper.

That’s a great question! Not everything on our list is available every week of the year! Sign up for our weekly newsletter to find out what we are currently harvesting and making. You are always welcome to email us to see when a certain crop is expected. We use greenhouses (unheated) to extend our season for some crops, but our space is limited.

Yes, we welcome wholesale customers. After we meet the needs of our market and farmstand customers our extra crops are offered to a weekly wholesale list. (usually salads, herbs, microgreens, dressing). Our harvest day is thursday and delivery day is Fridays, or orders can be picked up at market on Saturday.

Our produce is Certified Naturally Grown (with guidelines that align with Organic Standards).
We handle our produce right so that it keeps for WEEKS in your fridge. How? we use simple sanitation practices (clean hands, clean sinks, clean tested water) and wash, dry and store crops using 20 plus years of harvesting experience. No preservatives we swear!

Our value added products are prepared in a shared use commercial kitchen. We take many steps, outlined in our food safety plan, to insure that food is prepared in a clean, sanitary environment. We choose wholesome ingredients and try to use as few of the main allergic-reaction causing foods as possible. However, if you have food allergies or sensitivities, we want you to know that our kitchen also handles WHEAT, EGGS, PEANUTS, TREE NUTS, SESAME, and MILK.
