How to Store Carrots

At the time I write this it is time for seeing fall carrots, and I wanted to show you my method for keeping carrots fresh in storage for long-term enjoyment long after you harvest your crop. There are a handful of critical controls that you’ll want to keep an eye on to make your storage crop last, and luckily there is no sand, hay, or root cellar needed.
