Learn How I Grow

Real Salad Dressing for Really Good Greens

You know those gorgeous local greens you get from your favorite farmer at the market? Or the extra fresh ones you raised and harvested in your own backyard?

They deserve a better dressing!

We all know that conventional dressing is not up to the job of showcasing exceptional greens. That’s why Kat has created wholesome recipes to pair perfectly with local produce- made with ingredients as natural as the greens they go with.

  • I highly recommend Kat's farm share program! I enjoyed the absolute best salad greens, microgreens, radishes, cherry tomatoes and more all summer and into fall. You simply cannot buy produce this good in the regular grocery stores. Having a shelf full of half used blah salad dressings in my refrigerator, I did not try Kat's dressings until the very end of the year. Big mistake! The two I tried were delicious! Will start out this coming farm season with fresh bottles. The online ordering and the pick up in the fridge at the Floyd Farmers Market were easy and problem free. I will definitely be signing up for a membership for this coming season.

  • Kat grows the most delicious greens I've ever found. They last significantly longer than any greens you can buy at the store and have way more flavor! Her salad mixes are thoughtfully curated and make it so easy to eat nutritious, tasty salads all week long without getting bored.

  • I’ve *loved* my salad share from Kat. The salads are yummy, so beautiful, and healthy too. They stay fresh for more than a week at a time—a sign that they are full of nutrients, grown and packaged with love and care. Her dressings are the best I’ve ever tasted too. Even my picky daughter loves the dressings! I highly recommend Kat’s offerings. Support local and support women farmers!

  • Would give more than 5 stars if I could. Salads -- might sound boring to some but hers are different each week & VERY good. [Not just my opinion -- had some guest this last season & shared with them & they loved the salads & the dressings.] My share does far more than 1 serving. Looking forward to the coming season.

  • ALWAYS the freshest (and BEST) products and awesome service! Highly recommend!!

  • I don't really want to write this review because I want Kat and her produce all to myself and I don't want to share. But that would be cruel. The fact is, Kat's Farmlette is one of the best things about our summers in SW Virginia. I order weekly online and pick up at her farmlette on Tuesdays. The lettuces, microgreens, tomatoes, and other greens are the best I've ever had. She washes and dries them so perfectly, which is a huge timesaver when making salads. And Kat herself is as beautiful as her edible flowers.
