Herb Garden

Dill, Italian parsley, and chives sing the harmony in this hearty tahini based dressing. Fresh Herb is great as a dressing and as a dip for veggie slices, pizza, or a warm sauce for a bowl of grains.

Best Friends: Arugula, Lettuce Mix, Spinach, Romaine, and radicchio, hummus platters, pizza.

Ingredients: Tahini*, Lemon Juice*, Water, Agave Syrup*, White Vinegar, Sunflower Oil, Dill, Parsley, Chives, Garlic Powder, Sea Salt, Black Pepper.

Lemon Garlic

Lemon Garlic is our go to dressing recipe at home. It is a blend of tangy apple cider vinegar with a bite of fresh garlic and a parmesan-like flavor from nutritional yeast. All this together makes a creamy all purpose dressing reminiscent of caesar.

Best Friends: lettuce mix, romaine, spinach, frisee, radicchio, potatoes, avocado toast

Ingredients: Sunflower Oil, Apple Cider Vinegar, Coconut Aminos* (coconut tree sap, sea salt), Lemon Juice*, Water, Nutritional Yeast, Garlic, Chives, Sea Salt, Pepper.

Maple Mustard

Some heat from yellow mustard plus some sweetness from pure maple syrup makes for an excellent all purpose salad dressing, dip or spread. It makes a great secret sauce for a killer grilled sandwich.

Best Friends: Radicchio, Spinach, Arugula, Roasted Veggies, Fried Chicken, Sandwiches.

It all begins with fresh ingredients. New inspirations come in with each new flavor coming out of the field. Seasonal dressings, in addition to the mainstays above, are common in our Salad Kits. This year so far we have introduced: Curry mustard, Ramp Goddess, Dilly pickle, Maple Miso, Basil Vinaigrette.

Our value added products are prepared in a shared use commercial kitchen. We take many steps, outlined in our food safety plan, to insure that food is prepared in a clean, sanitary environment. We choose wholesome ingredients and try to use as few of the main allergic-reaction causing foods as possible. However, if you have food allergies or sensitivities, we want you to know that our kitchen also handles WHEAT, EGGS, PEANUTS, TREE NUTS, and MILK.
